A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US Having been in the service industry throughout my life, I have seen both the highs and lows when it comes to customer service. It used to be that even most companies knew they had to provide a high level of customer service in order to be successful. Alas, it seems that in most of the corporate world, customer service is quickly going the way of the dodo. To be quite honest, this is the reason I founded A Man For All Seasons. Call me old-fashioned, but it is my belief that if you pay for any service, then that service should be performed in a thorough and professional manner every single time, for every customer. I began my career in the green industry with a small fertilization firm in central Ohio in 1986. After working in various managerial positions at one of the biggest lawn care companies in Ann Arbor for four years, I noticed a big change in the industry. Companies that had once featured a roster of long-term, highly trained employees were replacing those workers with less skilled (cheaper) employees, or even worse, with seasonal crews. The focus changed from doing quality work to simply doing more work at less proficient levels in order to make a buck. Finally, I was ordered to started cutting corners on my work, and I knew that the time to start my own company had come. The focus of A Man For All Seasons is, and will always be, our customers. Without you and your support we can not function. We do not want to be the largest provider of lawn care and snow removal services in the area. We simply want to be the one you can trust and depend on. Our focus on efficient and timely service, our dedication to always doing the job right the first time, and our commitment to our residential rather than big corporate clients, will always be at the core of what A Man For All Seasons is all about.
